How it works

Two services. One point of contact.

Whether you're moving on from a car or tracking down your next dream car, it's handled properly, start to finish. Both run to the same process, and the same standard of care.

Sourcing a car

1

The initial meeting

A proper conversation to go through exactly what you want — model, spec, condition, budget, and what happens at each stage from here.

2

The search

Dealer and private listings, trade contacts, and off-market leads. You get shortlisted options, not a link dump.

3

Inspection & verification

History check, in-person inspection, and an honest view of condition before any money moves.

4

Negotiation & handover

We negotiate the price, handle the paperwork, and arrange collection or delivery.

Selling a car

1

The initial meeting

A proper conversation before anything else — how the car will be marketed, what to expect, and what happens at each stage. No vague promises, no surprises later.

2

Valuation & listing

An honest valuation, proper photography and write-up, and listing across the right channels. Advertising costs are covered as part of the service, not deducted from you.

3

Enquiries & viewings

Every enquiry filtered and qualified — no timewasters through your door, no lowball chancers wasting your evening.

4

Sale & handover

Price agreed with your sign-off at every stage, funds verified, paperwork and handover managed end to end.

Fee structure

The same, simple structure whether you're buying or selling. No mark-up hidden in the price, no surprises at the end.

2.5%

Flat fee on the agreed deal value, sourcing or selling.

£250

Minimum fee, so smaller deals are still worth doing properly.

25%

Deposit to instruct a search or a sale — non-refundable, but credited fully against the final balance.

£0

Advertising costs on a sale — covered as part of the service.
